The Sustainable Neighborhood Network (SNN) provides municipalities, counties and other local governing entities with an impactful model for direct neighborhood action in support of sustainability and climate action. The SNN framework was established in Lakewood in 2013 as a neighborhood-level engagement platform to create change by leveraging resident expertise, passion and resources.
