CNDC fiscally sponsors
organizations that:
- Provide benefit to Colorado communities
- Demonstrate genuine charitable intent
- Have committed leadership
- Have operations and activities that are consistent with CNDC’s values
- Are interested in partnership and collaboration with CNDC
- Can be insured under CNDC’s policies, including having exclusive operations in the US

CNDC may be unable to sponsor some types of organizations for legal or insurability reasons. For example, we do not sponsor organizations that will have a medical or legal practice, or programs involving one-on-one mentoring with children. Next Steps
The first step in requesting fiscal sponsorship from CNDC is to complete the Inquiry Form. This form helps us identify any barriers to fiscal sponsorship at CNDC before you do all the work of completing a full application. We will also identify missing information and next steps. You can expect to hear back from us within five business days of submission. Here are the other steps in our application process:
The application is a follow up to the Inquiry Form and provides CNDC with more details on your work and plans.
This conversation allows CNDC to ask follow-up questions from our review of your application and for you to ask any additional questions of CNDC.
Based on the above process, CNDC staff make a recommendation for approval by CNDC’s Board.
