Cindy joined CNDC as the Human Resources Manager in April 2021. Cindy has 20 years of human resources, much of it in the nonprofit or public sector. She has worked in positions with increasing responsibility at Mercy Housing, Denver Sheriff’s Department, and the City & County of Denver. Most recently, she was a human resources manager in the manufacturing industry. She was eager to return to the nonprofit sector because of the difference nonprofits make in communities. She finds that connection to the impact of nonprofits makes work meaningful. At CNDC, being able to support the human resource needs of so many different and impactful organizations was appealing to her.

Cindy is a Denver native and a graduate of Metropolitan State University. She is a die-hard Denver Broncos fan and enjoys going on walks with her sisters every Sunday.
