Rooted in the heart of Golden, Colorado, Golden Wellness is a new nonprofit committed to building a more connected, compassionate, and resilient community. Our vision is bold: a welcoming, inclusive space where individuals of all ages can access wellness services, educational programs, creative workshops, and opportunities for deep connection. As a starting place, we will launch the Youth First Program offering support groups for middle and high-school aged youth. Youth First will provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that fosters community, personal development, and leadership skills. This initiative will collaborate with local schools, community centers, and families to ensure that every young person in Golden has access to these valuable resources.

Other programs with leaders already engaged include a support program for mothers with young children, perinatal yoga, and an outdoor program for young adults. GCW anticipates serving 150-300 people across programs in its first year.

Now, we’re creating a dedicated community space—a place for healing, growth, and connection—right in the heart of Golden.
