Maria is the co-founder and COO of Avant Garde Event Services. Before founding Avant Garde, she worked extensively in the nonprofit sector, including COO at Bayaud Enterprises, Director of Client Services at Colorado Health Network, Director of Health Promotions at La Clinica Tepeyac, and the Director of the Denver HIV Planning Council, a former CNDC partner project. She also provided support as a consultant to several health-related nonprofits and initiatives. Maria received her Executive MBA from the University of Denver and her undergraduate degree from CU Boulder.
