Arise Baking Co. is an employment social enterprise baking company in Denver. We exist to
employ youth and young adults in a transitional and supportive work environment. While baking
in our commissary kitchen, employees will learn on-the-job skills that will help them find success
in careers beyond the kitchen. Additionally, employees will participate in mentoring, financial
coaching, career exploration, mental health services and job readiness classes through
partnerships in the community. Employees will be paid for all aspects of their time with Arise
Baking Co.
