Each year, we conduct an annual Partner Project Feedback Survey to gather partner feedback. This year's survey used a structure and questions recommended by Omni Institute and focused on three key areas:Supports/Services Provided by CNDCPlatforms and Processes Used by CNDCOverall Relationship with CNDC We received 48 complete responses, representing nearly 75% of our Model A partner projects. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with an average score of 4.6 out of 5, showcasing a diverse mix of revenue sizes, missions, leadership styles, and project complexities. Respondents also identified areas for improvement: enhancing communication about available resources, streamlining the expense payment process, and upgrading our platform for individual giving. We're actively working on solutions to address these concerns. Thank you to our partners for your time and honesty in completing the survey.
