Encore Network is a coalition of individuals and organizations who serve older adults and help them develop "encores" in leadership, volunteerism, learning, and work. In addition, they aim to change stereotypes about adults 50 and up.

The Ganas Network works with Latinx and black graduates of Denver charter schools to enhance soft skills through professional development opportunities, such as workshops, peer-to-peer support, and business leader mentoring so that these individuals can become advocates for the charter school system. www.gananetwork.org
